Senior Business Systems Analyst - Acute and Inpatient Documentation

You will be supporting and maintaining Cerner Ambulatory modules, including scheduling, documentation, orders, results, and clinical workflows. Your role will involve analyzing ambulatory clinic workflows and translating business and clinical requirements into Cerner configuration solutions. You will configure and optimize PowerPlans, PowerForms, documentation workflows, orders management, and clinical decision support. Additionally, you will provide support for day-to-day operations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements. Participation in system upgrades, domain moves, integrated testing, UAT, and go-live support is also expected. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, clinic staff, revenue cycle, and technical teams to improve usability and outcomes will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Developing and maintaining functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and configuration documentation will also be part of your tasks.
