Primary Responsibilities: - Support and maintain Cerner Ambulatory modules, including scheduling, documentation, orders, results, and clinical workflows - Analyze ambulatory clinic workflows and translate business and clinical requirements into Cerner configuration solutions - Configure and optimize PowerPlans, PowerForms, documentation workflows, orders management, and clinical decision support - Support day-to-day operations, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements - Participate in system upgrades, domain moves, integrated testing, UAT, and go-live support - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinic staff, revenue cycle, and technical teams to improve usability and outcomes - Develop and maintain functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and configuration documentation - Support training, end-user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities - Ensure system configuration aligns with clinical best practices, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Clinical Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Cerner Ambulatory - Experience with clinical documentation, orders, scheduling, and results review - Solid understanding of outpatient/ambulatory clinic workflows - Proven ability to work directly with clinicians and translate clinical needs into system design - Proven solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any directives related to work location, teams, shifts, work benefits, environment, alternative work arrangements, and other business environment changes.
