Senior Tech Product Manager

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Optum, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end product delivery by transforming business needs into scalable technology solutions. Your collaboration with engineering, business, and enterprise stakeholders will result in high-impact capabilities that are in line with organizational priorities. Required Qualifications: - Experience in Technical Product Management, Product Owner, or related roles. - Solid experience in defining product requirements, user stories, and backlog management. - Proficient in working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage prioritization and trade-offs across competing demands. - Translate technical concepts into business outcomes effectively. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in enterprise environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries). - Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha!, Rally, or Jira. - Experience managing integrations, platforms, or large-scale transformations. - Exposure to data-driven product delivery and analytics.
