About the role
\nConduct one-on-one sessions with business users to gather data warehouse requirements. Analyze database requirements in detail with the project stakeholders by conducting Joint Requirement Development sessions. \nDevelop a Conceptual model based on requirements analysis Develop normalized Logical and Physical database models to design OLTP systems for business applications that supports Azure Synapse. \nCreate architecture/model for Kafka to process live events and store the documents in MongoDB. Create OLAP/dimensional models for the reporting system by identifying required dimensions and facts using ER Studio. \nUse forward engineering to create a Physical Data Model with DDL that best suits the requirements from Logical Data Model. \nReview the Models and conduct the Peer review to maintain the Data models. \nWork with Database Administrators, Business Analysts and Content Developers to conduct design reviews and validate the developed models. \nIdentify, formulate and document detailed business rules and Use Cases based on requirements analysis. \nCreate data models for databases (MongoDB,Azure Synapse, SQL Server, Kafka) using ER Studio. \nMaintain data governance standards using tools like Collibra, Alation and Ataccama for data mapping, data lineage and data quality. \nWork closely with the team within Agile methodology. \n
