Hiring: Application Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Location: Noida Education: 15 years of full-time education Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Application Lead to manage and lead large-scale SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, build, and configuration of SAP ECP applications Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for EC Payroll with deep domain knowledge Handle multi-country payroll processes and compliance Advise stakeholders and influence decision-making across teams Drive the successful delivery of large and complex payroll projects Manage service quality, cost, scope, and associated risks Support pre-sales initiatives with innovative and scalable payroll solutions Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ABAP Development for HANA exposure Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project governance experience Deep understanding of project management methodologies Excellent problem-solving and advisory skills Good to Have Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules Exposure to multi-country payroll environments Prior consulting experience with global delivery models Additional Details Work Location: Noida (Onsite/Hybrid as per project needs) Minimum Experience: 5+ years in SAP ECP, 3+ years in a lead role Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education .
