About the role
Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Contract Lifecycle Management (Conga CLM Preferred) Experience: 6+ Years Location: Remote / UK Time Zone Shift Project Type: Development / Current Implementation Customer Interview: Yes We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), preferably with hands-on experience in Conga CLM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of new implementation projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for CLM solutions. - Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives. - Translate business needs into functional requirements and use cases. - Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement CLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support post-implementation activities. - Provide insights and recommendations to optimize CLM processes. - Support the change management process by developing user training and documentation. Mandatory Skills - Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) expertise Conga CLM experience preferred - Strong analytical and documentation skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Proven experience working on development/new implementation projects. Proficiency Level - Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with CLM (Conga CLM preferred): Level 5 (Expert) Shift Timing - UK Time Zone .
