Consultant- Insurance Analytics

Job Title: Consultant - Insurance Analytics Location: Bangalore Experience: 8 Years Compensation: Up to 25 LPA Shift: General Shift Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Consultant with a strong background in Insurance Analytics to join our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analytics delivery, solutioning, presales, and domain consulting within the insurance space. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to drive business outcomes using data-driven strategies, AI/ML, and domain expertise. Key Responsibilities: Lead analytics solution design, presales activities, and delivery for insurance analytics projects. Engage in RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and client presentations. Serve as a domain SME in Insurance (PC / Life Annuities), delivering thought leadership and innovation. Design and develop dashboards, predictive models, and decision-support tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive analytics strategy and execution. Contribute to the creation of PoVs, demos, use cases, and other GTM collateral. Hands-on with analytics and visualization tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Utilize AI/ML capabilities to solve real-world business problems. Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Required Skills and Experience: 8 years of total experience with at least 5+ years in Insurance Analytics . Proven experience in solution design, consulting, and presales within the insurance domain. Strong analytics and business acumen; hands-on with descriptive, diagnostic, predictive prescriptive models. Proficiency in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Zoho , etc. Knowledge of AI/ML and statistical modeling tools and techniques. Exposure to tools like Power Automate for workflow automation is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and client-facing environments. Educational Qualification: Postgraduate/MBA preferred, with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
