Job Title: VOICE / VOIP / NOC Engineer Location: Pune (Work from Office) Number of Openings: 15 Experience Required: 2 to 6 years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Salary Budget: Up to 8 LPA Work Mode: 24/7 Shift Environment We are looking for dynamic and experienced VOICE / VOIP / NOC Engineers to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in network operations and voice technologies, excellent communication skills, and must be open to working in a 24/7 shift environment. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and maintain VOIP/Voice network infrastructure and services. - Troubleshoot network and VOIP-related issues and provide quick resolutions. - Configure and manage network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and voice gateways. - Work closely with telecom vendors and service providers. - Provide L1/L2 support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors. - Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions. - Ensure high availability and reliability of voice communication systems. - Participate in shift rotations including night shifts and weekends. Key Requirements - Experience: 2 to 6 years in VOICE/VOIP/NOC roles. - Strong knowledge of VOIP technologies, SIP, RTP, and network protocols. - Hands-on experience with NOC operations, incident management, and root cause analysis. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. - Must be willing to work in a 24/7 workplace including night shifts and holidays. - Immediate joiners preferred.
