Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Architect (Churches and Christian Schools) Qualifications : Licensed Architect with 5 years of project management experience.
Proven experience in architectural design, drafting, and construction management across multiple project types.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working faith-based sector, including churches and Christian schools.
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations applicable in various jurisdictions.
Excellent skills in project scheduling using industry-standard tools; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability in negotiation with clients and contractors to achieve project goals effectively.
Experience in construction estimating and budgeting processes to ensure financial viability of projects.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
