Project Architect (Must be a Registered Architect)

seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Architect with 7-10 years of experience to lead projects through all phases of design and construction. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a leadership position while taking responsibility for managing the design, documentation, and execution of diverse, high-quality projects. 6-10 yrs. experience

1-5 yrs. as registered architect

Capable of managing multiple projects with limited oversight of a supervisor

Assists with mentoring younger staff and preparing work for them

Developing strong client skills and project management skills

Developing the ability to understand project visions, goals, and budget/fees

Assists with fee proposals

Full construction administration responsibility

Works with supervisors to develop timelines, techniques and procedures to complete a given project
