Key Responsibilities: Provide production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests. Perform root cause analysis and resolve application issues within SLA timelines. Support system configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot Employee Central-related issues and recommend solutions. Collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technical stakeholders. Monitor system performance and ensure operational stability. Participate in change management, release management, and deployment activities. Prepare documentation, support tickets, and knowledge transfer materials. Ensure compliance with organizational processes and support standards.
