Job Title: Supply Chain Master Data Analyst SAP Material Master Management Location: Bangalore Experience: 3 to 5 Years Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA Qualification: Any Graduate Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Shift: Flexible to Work Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Master Data Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Material Master Data Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, governing, and validating master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across supply chain processes. This role requires hands-on SAP experience, strong analytical capabilities, and effective stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and govern SAP Material Master Data across business units. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with master data governance standards. Manage Material Master records, Service Master data, and related supply chain master data objects. Support MRP processes, BOM maintenance, and supply chain planning activities. Monitor and troubleshoot IDOC processing and data integration issues. Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality audits to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and IT. Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and data governance programs. Resolve master data-related issues and provide operational support to stakeholders. Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to established business processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3 to 7 years of experience in Master Data Management with a focus on Material Master. Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Excellent understanding of SAP Material Master, SAP tables, T-Codes, and system architecture. Experience in MRP management, BOM maintenance, IDOC monitoring, and data governance. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience in Supply Chain Master Data Management. Knowledge of Service Master processes. Exposure to ServiceNow (SNOW), Navarik, and VIP tools. Oil & Gas industry experience will be an added advantage. Continuous improvement and quality-focused approach.
