Eligibility Graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk Experience with ticketing tools is mandatory Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills Key Responsibilities Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, printers, LAN, and enterprise applications . Troubleshoot Windows OS (XP10) and MS Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Skype, and SharePoint. Support Windows, iOS, and Android devices for end users. Manage Active Directory (AD) tasks including: User account creation/modification Password resets Group policies Access management Handle authentication issues such as: Login failures Account lockouts MFA / SSO troubleshooting Resolve BitLocker issues, patch updates, registry fixes, and virus/security troubleshooting . Perform basic network troubleshooting including VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi. Gain exposure to network security, firewalls, routing, switching, and data center networking .
