Hiring Workday Consultant | Bangalore | 2+ Years | Up to 6 LPA Location: Bangalore Experience: 2+ Years Salary: Up to 6 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Qualification: Any Graduate We are seeking a skilled Workday Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday HCM configurations, integrations, and implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Workday modules and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and analyze business processes. Design and implement Workday configuration solutions based on business needs. Configure Workday modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and related functionalities. Build, test, and support Workday integrations with third-party and enterprise systems. Participate in Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects. Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional and integration issues. Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to ensure successful deployments. Provide ongoing support and process improvement recommendations.
