The candidate will handle customer calls, solve queries, and provide the best support experience to customers. Handle inbound customer queries related to technical and non technical issues. Understand customer issues and provide proper solutions. Answer customer queries in a polite and professional manner. Update customer details and call information. Follow company guidelines and meet daily targets. Maintain good customer service quality. Preferred candidate profile Freshers candidates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of Technical Customer Support/Technical Customer Service experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
