International Voice Process :: Technical Support Executive :: Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients in a professional and courteous manner. Provide first-level technical support by diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, and applications. Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and ensure timely issue resolution. Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams. Accurately document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system. Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity targets. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Stay updated with product knowledge, technical processes, and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution and seamless customer experience. Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Graduate or undergraduate (as per company eligibility criteria). Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over voice calls in a calm and professional manner. Comfortable working in rotational shift environment, including night shifts. Good typing speed and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (preferred). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work from the Gurgaon office. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
