We are hiring Technical Customer Support Executives (International Voice Process) for a leading global customer support program. Role & responsibilities Handle inbound customer interactions through voice support channels. Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues efficiently. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, accounts, and technical concerns. Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams whenever required. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of Technical Customer Support/Technical Customer Service experience is mandatory. Prior experience in an International Voice Process is preferred. Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment. Freshers are welcome to apply.
