TOSCA Automation Architect

Role Overview: As a Test Automation Architect at ZettaMine, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade test automation solutions supporting ALM SaaS platforms. Your role will involve hands-on expertise in Tosca, OpenText ALM, Selenium, and Playwright, along with strong capabilities in tool administration, infrastructure setup, and Azure cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement the enterprise test automation strategy across multiple platforms. - Establish best practices, frameworks, and standards for UI, API, and end-to-end testing. - Drive adoption of modern automation tools and scalable frameworks. - Install, configure, and administer Tosca, OpenText ALM, Selenium, and Playwright environments. - Manage tool integrations across ALM, CI/CD pipelines, and defect management systems. - Ensure environment stability, performance, and scalability. - Develop and maintain robust, reusable automation scripts using: - Selenium / Playwright (UI automation) - Tosca (model-based automation) - Design frameworks supporting cross-browser, API, and regression testing. - Implement test automation for complex enterprise applications. - Design and manage automation environments in Azure cloud. - Ensure proper understanding and implementation of: - Networking (VNETs, firewall rules, connectivity) - Backup & restore strategies - Storage solutions (file storage, blob storage, DB backups) - Optimize automation execution using cloud-based scaling (VMs, containers, etc.). - Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps). - Enable continuous testing and reporting as part of the release lifecycle. - Ensure automated test results are traceable within ALM. - Define and enforce automation governance, standards, and reporting. - Ensure auditability and traceability of test artifacts within ALM tools. - Provide metrics and insights on automation coverage and effectiveness. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in test automation with expertise in Tosca, OpenText ALM, Selenium, and Playwright. - Strong understanding of Azure cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
