Vice President, Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Vice President, Project Manager at BNP Paribas, your main responsibility will be to oversee various projects for clients across different locations with 24x5 coverage. The key objective of your role will be to ensure accurate and timely delivery of project scope to the end client. You will be required to have a keen attention to detail and be accountable for project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the program charter, scope, objectives, and roadmap for projects - Establish governance structures, define KPIs, reporting cadence, and risk-management processes - Identify, engage, and communicate with senior stakeholders, negotiate priorities, resolve conflicts, and secure necessary resources - Consolidate individual project plans into a master program schedule, balance resource demand, and optimize capacity - Capture program-level risks and issues, track inter-project dependencies, and implement mitigation/contingency actions - Chair the program steering committee, develop the Program Management Plan, and establish benefits-realization framework - Own the program budget, track actual spend, conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses - Maintain a program-level risk register, proactively identify risks, and lead mitigation planning - Oversee program close-out, drive lessons-learned sessions, and publish a "Program Playbook" for future initiatives Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - PMP (Project Management Institute) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification - Strong technical skills in program-level planning, financial stewardship, risk & issue management, and governance - Behavioral skills including time & energy management, ethical integrity & accountability, customer-centric mindset, and continuous-improvement orientation Additional Details: BNP Paribas is the European Union's leading bank with operations in 65 countries and nearly 185,000 employees.
