The position facilitates the end-to-end change management process, including creation, review, approval, scheduling, and documentation of Change Requests (CRQs) associated with telecom projects and operational activities. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure in the utility sector Collaborative environment working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Cybersecurity Long-term contract providing stability and professional growth opportunities Remote work flexibility with competitive hourly compensation Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and track Change Requests (CRQs) for telecom infrastructure projects and operational activities Coordinate change activities with Telecom Engineering teams supporting microwave communications, land mobile radio systems, private LTE networks, fiber optic networks, and WAN/LAN connectivity Facilitate change review meetings and ensure appropriate stakeholder participation and approvals Review proposed changes for completeness, business impact, risk, implementation plans, testing requirements, and rollback procedures Maintain change schedules and coordinate implementation windows to minimize operational risk and service disruptions Track change execution and ensure all required documentation is completed and archived Monitor change management metrics, KPIs, and compliance reporting Support outage coordination, maintenance activities, and emergency change processes when required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered 3+ years of experience in Change Management, IT Operations, Network Operations, Telecommunications, or related technical environments Experience creating and managing Change Requests (CRQs) within a formal change management process Experience coordinating technical changes across multiple teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and networking concepts Experience working with ticketing and change management platforms such as ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Ready to Apply?
