This role is ideal for someone with proven experience supporting complex infrastructure implementations from planning through deployment and operational support. Why Join Us? Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Cloudflare Zero Trust technologies Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and technology vendors Potential for contract extension based on project needs Remote work flexibility with limited travel requirements Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and deployment of Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions Assist with platform rollout activities, user onboarding, and deployment planning Collaborate with engineering teams and technology vendors throughout implementation efforts Perform configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support Support migration from legacy remote access technologies to modern Zero Trust access solutions Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures Monitor platform health, investigate issues, and proactively resolve technical challenges Qualifications Strong hands-on experience implementing and supporting Cloudflare Zero Trust solutions Experience with Cloudflare Access, Gateway, Tunnel, WARP, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure implementations, migrations, or modernization projects Excellent technical documentation and communication skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and security best practices Ready to Apply?
