Summary of the Role The Senior Consultant - Infrastructure Engineer plays a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. Manage and optimize virtualization technologies to enhance system performance and availability. Apply networking principles to ensure robust connectivity and communication between systems. Develop and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance existing infrastructure. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Document technical specifications and best practices to support ongoing operations and training. Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in infrastructure engineering and cloud services. Required Qualifications Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in cloud services and infrastructure engineering. Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud platforms. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Understanding of networking principles and security protocols. Nice-to-Have Certification in cloud service platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Fundamentals). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
