Summary of the Role We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee Master Data Management initiatives within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading data governance efforts, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing master data processes across various systems.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of MDM strategies and frameworks. Oversee data governance and data quality initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and policies. Ensure data integrity and maintain updates of master data records. Conduct data profiling, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities. Manage and mentor a team of data management professionals. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to address data-related issues. Monitor industry trends and best practices in data management. Prepare and present reports on MDM initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders. Design scalable, multi-domain MDM solutions. Define enterprise data models for Customer, Product, HCP/HCO, Vendor, or Patient domains. Architect matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchy management strategies. Lead golden record design and data harmonization initiatives. Develop enterprise MDM roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Configure Reltio entities, attributes, relationships, and hierarchies. Design and implement match rules, survivorship logic, and workflows. Optimize data ingestion, cleansing, and consolidation processes. Implement API-driven integrations and real-time synchronization. Support performance tuning and scalability. Architect integrations between Reltio and data lakes and warehouses, analytics platforms. Design ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, and Snowflake. Ensure batch and real-time data synchronization. Implement CI/CD pipelines for MDM deployments.

Required Qualifications Must-Have: Proven experience in a Master Data Management role or similar position. Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices. Expertise in MDM tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Nice-to-Have: Experience with data integration and ETL processes. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations. Certification in data management (CDMP, DAMA, etc.) is a plus.
