Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies with precision.

• Collaborate with engineers in set-up, calibration, and conducting experiments.

• Perform rework, troubleshooting, and quality testing using advanced programs.

• Gather and evaluate operating data, making real-time adjustments to improve processes.

• Recommend process modifications and contribute to developing new procedures.

• Identify and escalate issues, helping to maintain optimal workflow.

• Communicate technical information clearly within your department.

• Required Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum 4 years relevant manufacturing experience, or

• Associate's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience.

• Proficient in using advanced manufacturing and testing equipment.

• Strong problem-resolution and data evaluation skills.

• Comfortable working under general supervision in a less-structured environment.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting ruggedized product manufacturing.

• Familiarity with process optimization.

• Previous collaboration with engineering teams.

• Exposure to experimental or test-driven manufacturing settings.
