Manufacturing Technician – Contractor – A Location: Malabar, FL | Shift: 2nd (Mon–Thurs, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Operate inline cleaning equipment to maintain circuit card assembly cleanliness and quality standards

• Safely perform depaneling of circuit card assemblies using approved tools and procedures

• Execute precise cycle counts to support inventory control and production accuracy

• Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and manufacturing process improvements

• Conduct quality testing and rework on parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies

• Collect and evaluate operating data, making real-time adjustments as needed

• Support additional manufacturing-related tasks as assigned

• Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 0–2 years of related manufacturing or technical experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols

• Effective communication within team settings

• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and process monitoring

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with electronic assembly or circuit card manufacturing

• Familiarity with inventory management systems

• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or process improvement initiatives
