Onsite Job: Manufacturing Engineer Level 3 Location: North Charleston, SC | Shifts: 1st (7AM–3:30PM) or 2nd (3PM–11PM)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective production and tooling methodologies

• Lead integrated teams to create cross-functional solutions and support program architecture

• Create and maintain conceptual and detailed manufacturing designs

• Take ownership of manufacturing planning and execution activities

• Conduct producibility and variation analyses to optimize process capability

• Evaluate concepts for manufacturability to drive production efficiency

• Resolve technical challenges impacting cost, schedule, and performance

• Apply advanced engineering principles, technologies, and lean manufacturing methods

• Ensure production readiness and validate solutions for complex manufacturing issues

• Document best practices and champion continuous improvement initiatives

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (ABET-accredited)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience

• Demonstrated expertise in parts development, materials, and process specifications

• Hands-on experience with production testing, electrical systems, aircraft interiors, or related systems

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in production planning and ownership of build plans

• Background in aircraft systems, electrical installations, or interiors

• Adaptability in a fast-paced and demanding manufacturing environment
