[About the Role] Indotronix seeks an experienced Industrial Engineering / Methods Process Analyst for an onsite position in Berkeley, MO. [Responsibilities]

  • Apply and update standards and work instructions to support production and tooling operations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, precedence networks, and performance metrics.
  • Integrate modular tooling solutions and provide data-driven support for production planning decisions.
  • Create accurate factory definitions and labor hour estimates for production and tooling work packages.
  • Monitor and support the development of master production schedules, including crew, capacity, and tooling flow.
  • Analyze business needs, forecast resource requirements, and optimize resource utilization plans.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assess and update plans for unplanned changes affecting cost, schedule, and resources.
  • Support negotiations on production schedules and changes to statements of work.
  • Develop and maintain shop operating plans and key performance metrics to achieve cost, schedule, and delivery objectives.

[Required Skills and Experience]

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant industrial engineering or methods/process analysis experience (Master’s + 4 years or 10+ years total experience acceptable).
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline required).

[Preferred Skills]

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related field.
  • Strong background in production planning, process improvement, and tooling integration.
