[About the Role] Join our dynamic team in Archbald, PA as a Manufacturing Engineer and play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes and ensuring top-quality output. This position offers hands-on involvement with electromechanical assemblies, machining, and welding. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a direct impact on process efficiency and product excellence.

[Responsibilities]

• Support the disposition and rework of defective hardware to maintain production flow
• Design and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies and equipment installation
• Develop efficient plant layouts and machine arrangements to maximize productivity
• Specify operational sequences and procedures for tool and equipment fabrication
• Adapt machine and equipment designs for factory and production conditions
• Integrate inspection and testing requirements into production planning
• Inspect machinery, tools, and equipment performance, initiating corrective actions where necessary
• Develop and apply statistical process control techniques to manufacturing processes
• Provide engineering guidance on design concepts and specification requirements to optimize equipment utilization and manufacturing techniques
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturing processes and procedures

[Required Skills and Experience]

• High school diploma required
• Experience in electromechanical assembly manufacturing
• At least 1 year of hands-on machining experience
• At least 1 year of hands-on welding experience

[Preferred Skills]

• Experience with statistical process control
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for equipment and process issues
