[About the Role] Join our team as an Industrial Engineer at our Ocala, FL facility and take ownership of driving Lean Manufacturing excellence. You will be the champion of our facility-wide 6S and Value Stream Mapping transformation, leading initiatives to eliminate waste, optimize layouts, and create a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly shape the efficiency, safety, and success of our manufacturing operations.

[Responsibilities]

• Design, launch, and manage a comprehensive 6S program across the plant
• Conduct baseline 6S audits; set up visual standards and structured audit cycles
• Develop 6S policies, checklists, and signage for all employee levels
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, redesign workstations, and optimize layouts for Lean flow
• Identify and eliminate waste through Kaizen and 6S-driven events
• Quantify cost savings and productivity improvements from process enhancements
• Coach teams to adopt and sustain 6S practices; build real-time dashboards for tracking
• Maintain suggestion systems and facilitate regular 6S review meetings to reinforce culture

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 5+ years leading 6S/5S initiatives in large-scale manufacturing
• 5+ years redesigning plant layouts to align with Lean and 6S principles
• Proven track record in facilitating Value Stream Mapping workshops
• Hands-on experience in CCA Manufacturing and Cable & Harnessing Manufacturing
• Strong coaching, change management, and data-driven decision-making skills

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent
