[Responsibilities]

• Generate and maintain accurate manufacturing BOMs through detailed computer processing
• Develop clear, actionable process instructions for manufacturing teams
• Support compliance with all manufacturing regulations and company standards
• Proactively identify and lead projects to improve efficiency and process flow
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality)
• Contribute to future process and equipment layout designs as the role expands

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 months industrial/manufacturing experience
• Proficient computer skills for BOM and process documentation
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

[Preferred Skills]

• At least 1 year of hands-on manufacturing experience
• Exposure to process or production layout design
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments
