Job Description

Seeking a Materials & Process Engineer to support the development, qualification, and implementation of tools, equipment, materials, parts, and manufacturing processes used in aerospace product design and production.

Key Responsibilities

Support definition and implementation of materials, parts, tools, and process requirements

Update specifications and technical documents related to manufacturing and engineering processes

Perform testing and qualification of new tools, materials, equipment, and processes

Assist with supplier qualification and compliance activities

Conduct analysis to determine performance issues or root causes of failures

Support corrective and preventive action initiatives

Develop basic computer and production systems to support user requirements

Utilize project management tools to support cost, schedule, and technical objectives

Apply Environmental Health & Safety, LEAN, and Quality principles across manufacturing and engineering activities

Required Skills

Technical AA Degree or related technical background

Comfortable using computers and production systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to support manufacturing and engineering environments

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related engineering discipline from an accredited institution required.
