About the role
Indotronix is seeking an :Manufacturing Engineer Level 3
Location:San Antonio, TX
Shift: 2nd shift (2:30PM-11PM) - may be 4x10 or 5x8
OT/Weekend Work: As required
Bachelors degree
Interview: Teams/Webex based interview, approx 30 mins, panel
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize aircraft build plans and execution strategies.
Evaluate design changes, assess build impacts, and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program stakeholders.
Support build integration milestones and technical reviews.
Drive continuous process improvements and lessons learned activities.
Provide build impact recommendations and support configuration management activities.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or aerospace engineering processes.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of related experience.

Experience in aircraft build integration, electrical systems, or wire installation.

Knowledge of CATIA, GoldESP, IVT, and Microsoft Office.
