Job Summary: Manufacturing Technician - Contractor - B
Location: Malabar, FL | Shift: 1st (4/10s, 3:30PM–2:00AM)

Responsibilities

Execute manufacturing operations, including set-up, calibration, and rework of parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

Collaborate with engineers to collect and analyze operating data using advanced software, making on-line adjustments as necessary.

Perform quality testing and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate production issues in straightforward situations.

Assist in the development and refinement of manufacturing methods and procedures.

Participate in experiments and process improvements under general supervision.

Required Skills and Experience
-
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience; or 2 years post-secondary/Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience.

Certification in JStandard and IPC 610.

Proficient in using torque tools, both manual and automated.

Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes and quality assurance protocols.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow established procedures.

Experience with advanced data collection programs for process monitoring.

Hands-on background in electronics or high-precision assembly environments.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical issues clearly.
