Location: Malabar, FL | Shift: 1st (4/10s, 3:30PM–2:00AM)

About the Role

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician - Contractor - B, where you'll play a key role in supporting cutting-edge production processes. You’ll work closely with engineers in a modern, collaborative environment, contributing to the assembly and quality assurance of high-precision components. Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing operations, including set-up, calibration, and rework of parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

  • Collaborate with engineers to collect and analyze operating data using advanced software, making on-line adjustments as necessary.

  • Perform quality testing and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate production issues in straightforward situations.

  • Assist in the development and refinement of manufacturing methods and procedures.

  • Participate in experiments and process improvements under general supervision.

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience; or 2 years post-secondary/Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience.

  • Certification in JStandard and IPC 610.

  • Proficient in using torque tools, both manual and automated.

  • Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes and quality assurance protocols.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow established procedures.

  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with advanced data collection programs for process monitoring.

  • Hands-on background in electronics or high-precision assembly environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and communicate technical issues clearly.
