Senior Quality Engineer Level 4 Location: Hazelwood, MO | Shift: First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Indotronix is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Engineer Level 4 to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, MO. In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality initiatives across manufacturing, engineering, and supplier teams. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve hardware quality issues early in the product lifecycle

• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve product quality

• Lead and support quality initiatives for manufacturing processes and both on-platform and off-platform support equipment

• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance product reliability and exceed customer expectations

• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and program teams to resolve quality concerns

• Ensure quality processes are aligned with the timely delivery of customer commitments

• Support quality planning, audits, and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements

• Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Quality Engineer

• Expertise in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation

• Proven experience in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environments

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

• Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience within the Aerospace industry

• 5+ years working with DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agency)

• Experience supporting complex engineering or defense manufacturing programs

• Familiarity with non-destructive test products and automated test equipment (ATE)
