Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and process adjustments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

• Perform rework, inspections, and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies

• Operate and monitor sophisticated programs and equipment to collect and evaluate data for process improvement

• Follow established methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes

• Support production experiments and document results as directed by engineering staff

• Escalate issues promptly to supervisors for resolution and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

• Required Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

• Reliable communication skills for team-based tasks

• Comfort working in a supervised, structured environment

• Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with quality testing procedures

• Exposure to manufacturing equipment or data collection systems

• Interest in process improvement and technical troubleshooting
