Responsibilities

Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, and process adjustments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

Perform rework, inspections, and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies

Operate and monitor sophisticated programs and equipment to collect and evaluate data for process improvement

Follow established methods and procedures to control or modify manufacturing processes

Support production experiments and document results as directed by engineering staff

Escalate issues promptly to supervisors for resolution and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or technical environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions

Reliable communication skills for team-based tasks

Comfort working in a supervised, structured environment
