[Responsibilities]
- Design efficient manufacturing procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, and material handling
- Optimize plant floor arrangements to enhance workflow and productivity
- Develop and specify the sequence of operations for fabrication of tools, equipment, and related processes
- Adapt machine and equipment designs to fit unique production and factory conditions
- Integrate inspection and testing requirements into production plans for quality assurance
- Monitor and evaluate machinery, equipment, and tool performance; identify and resolve deficiencies
- Implement manufacturing processes using statistical process control techniques
- Advise engineering teams on design concepts and specification requirements to maximize manufacturing capabilities
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations and standards
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Advanced Product Quality Planning expertise
- Proficient with AS9145 standard application
- Strong background in process optimization and plant layout design
- Hands-on experience with statistical process control and quality assurance
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience in aerospace or complex manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
