(NOT IN INDIA) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oil and Gas Engineer to support the planning, design, development, and optimization of oil and gas exploration, drilling, production, and processing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while complying with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve production performance, maximize resource recovery, and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Plan, design, and oversee oil and gas exploration, drilling, and production activities. Monitor and optimize well performance to maximize hydrocarbon recovery and production efficiency. Conduct reservoir, production, and drilling analysis to improve operational performance. Prepare engineering designs, technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with geologists, drilling teams, contractors, and project stakeholders to execute operations successfully. Analyze production data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs. Support well completion, intervention, stimulation, and workover activities. Supervise the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of oil and gas production facilities and equipment. Identify operational risks and implement preventive and corrective actions. Assist in planning and executing field development and asset management strategies. Ensure equipment reliability and integrity through inspections and maintenance planning. Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Evaluate new technologies and engineering solutions to improve productivity and operational safety. Maintain accurate engineering records, technical documentation, and compliance reports. Provide technical support during project execution, start-up, and commissioning activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and sustainability.
