About the role
Job Title: UI/UX Designer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points. Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Develop responsive, mobile-first designs that provide a seamless experience across devices. Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective user experiences. Ensure consistency in branding, visual identity, and interaction patterns across products. Optimize user flows based on usability findings, analytics, and stakeholder feedback. Design interfaces that comply with WCAG accessibility standards and usability best practices. Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and design discussions. Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices. Required Skills 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design. Strong proficiency in Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch . Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies. Experience with user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping. Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first development principles. Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Strong understanding of interaction design, typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing SaaS, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce applications. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro. Experience with design handoff processes and developer collaboration. Ability to analyze user behavior using analytics and usability insights. .
