Role Overview

The Power BI Support Engineer will provide L2/L3 support for Power BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines within a Capital Markets environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Power BI reports, dashboards, and data pipelines supporting Capital Markets business functions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive issue resolution within SLA. Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business and operational reporting requirements. Partner with business users, operations teams, and technology stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks across market data, securities, pricing, trades, positions, and reference data. Create SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation to improve operational efficiency and knowledge management.
