Role Overview

This role is for a Salesforce specialist CRM developer responsible for the comprehensive support, daily operations, maintenance, and administration of multiple Salesforce applications within the Northern Trust Organization. The primary objective is to ensure high availability and reliability of the Salesforce CRM system. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and support of Salesforce, ensuring high availability and reliability. Utilize ServiceNow to track incident and request progress effectively. Perform daily administration and support of the Salesforce CRM system, including managing user setup, roles, security, territory management, and customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts. Develop triggers, custom objects, lightning flows, and implement small enhancements to Apex / Batch classes. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM. Execute data management activities, including data loads and data clean-up jobs, in accordance with business requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for Salesforce functionalities and integrations with third-party systems. Stay updated on key technological trends and changes from Salesforce, identifying opportunities to integrate them into current organizational processes. Required Skills: Daily support and administration of Salesforce environments. Proficiency in making small changes to Apex code. Experience with configuration changes and customizing lightning flows. Ability to manage custom integrations. Skill in creating reports. Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration and Functional Design. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience. Preferred Skills: Microsoft Azure.
