Job Title: Low-Code Developer (Test – Do Not Apply) Overview: We are seeking a Low-Code Developer with 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade applications and workflow automations on modern low-code platforms. This role focuses on rapidly delivering secure, scalable business apps, integrating with existing systems, and enabling citizen-development through governance and reusable components. Location & Work Mode: Location not specified; work mode to be confirmed (remote/onsite/hybrid). The selected candidate will collaborate closely with product, business analysts, and integration teams to deliver iterative releases. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain low-code applications (forms, workflows, dashboards) aligned to business requirements and UX best practices. Develop workflow automations, business rules, approvals, and notifications with robust error handling and audit trails. Implement integrations to internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, connectors, and middleware where applicable. Model data entities, relationships, and security roles; optimize performance for large datasets and high concurrency. Configure environments, solutions/packages, and CI/CD pipelines for low-code deployments across dev/test/prod. Enforce application lifecycle management (ALM), governance, and standards (naming, reusable components, code reviews where applicable). Collaborate with QA to create test plans, automate regression tests when supported, and resolve defects. Provide technical documentation, user training materials, and support for production issues and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience delivering production applications using low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, ServiceNow). Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle). API integration experience (REST/JSON, OAuth2, JWT, API gateways); familiarity with connectors and custom connectors. Knowledge of enterprise security concepts: RBAC, SSO/SAML, least privilege, auditing, and secure data handling. Hands-on experience with ALM, environment management, and deployments; Git-based versioning and CI/CD. Ability to translate requirements into process flows (BPMN or equivalent) and deliver iterative releases (Agile/Scrum). Troubleshooting skills for performance bottlenecks, platform limitations, and integration failures. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
