As a Performance Testing Engineer at Sysmind Tech, your role involves ensuring the performance, scalability, and stability of applications and systems. Collaborating with development, QA, and operations teams is key to identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing system performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your expertise plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases based on system requirements and performance goals. - Utilize LoadRunner and JMeter for creating and executing load, stress, and endurance tests. - Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for performance tuning. - Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements and optimize code. - Monitor system performance in production environments and identify potential performance issues. - Create detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. - Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and frameworks. - Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback on system design and architecture. Required Skillset: - Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases. - Proven expertise in using LoadRunner and JMeter for load, stress, and endurance testing. - Strong scripting skills in Java and experience with API testing. - In-depth knowledge of performance tuning techniques for Apache web servers and application servers. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. - Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
