Business Analyst With UX and ArcGis experience

Role – Looking for BA/UX with Wireframes Designing Duration – 6+ month’s contract Location – Austin, TX (Remote during covid) Interviews will be conducted virtually Once restrictions are lifted, candidates will be required to work onsite Candidate needs to onsite on first day to collect Laptop and get signed in into clients network then they can work remote during Covid Summary The UX/Business Analyst is an Information Technology (IT) position to work with business partners and their stakeholders (as captured within several defined personas). The worker will be responsible for developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs. The worker will be responsible for collaborating with the business product owner and translate those discussions into usable artifacts for implementation by the development team. The worker may also be responsible for working with various stakeholder groups, both internal and external to the agency, in order to conduct research on potential designs and workflows. Key Activities: Design and deliver user interface requirements, wireframes, screen element specifications Iterate with the Business partners and the Agile development team to define user experiences Create and refine personas used within the context of the AAH program Organize and facilitate UX/UI discussion and design and/or design sprints Design and deliver user stories by studying business and system objectives and functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats Design and deliver project artifacts including system context diagrams, process definition, process mapping, process workflows Skill Matrix Table Skills Required/Preferred Candidates experience Business Analyst Experience. independently performs a variety of complicated tasks with the expectation to ideate on creative ways to resolve with a team in a collaborative, high communication environment 8 years Required UX Experience with map-based technologies, preferably ArcGIS, and integrating visual workflows with business logic 5 years Required UX Experience with workflow logic related to application procedures, form completion, tracking, and document/image review and approval 5 years Required Experience with customer engagement / account management systems involving applications and approvals 5 years Required Experience working within Agile frameworks and teams to ensure regular and reliable feedback on developed features 3 years Preferred Experience working with State or Federal government 3 years Preferred
