About the role
Role:Lead Digital Strategist (UX/CX)
Location:100% Remote Duration:12 months
You should be an expert in User Strategy and Data Driving CX/UX Design, but must have also worked/desire to work in a Strategic position, conducting end-user research, facilitate creative thinking sessions with multiple stakeholder groups, and helping drive user processes become more efficient.
Requirements
Strong design portfolio, showing evidence of strategic work completed in past projects Experience in UX Design field, in addition to studies/courses Experience facilitating Design-Thinking sessions with multiple internal & external stakeholders Experience performing discovery research (user interviews, surveys, diary studies, focus groups) Analyzing and presenting info to stakeholders - product, business and technology team Experience with using a Design Systems is a plus Strong minded, excellent communication and able to drive multiple projects at once.
