Sr. UX Designer

Role: Senior UX Designer.

Location :100 % Remote Position: only on W2

Satsyil is seeking a motivated UX Designer to join an exciting modernization project for our client working in a fast-paced and forward-thinking agile environment. Qualified candidates will have proven to experience translating user and business requirements into the structural design of highly intuitive and well-crafted interfaces. The UX Designer will work with a cross-functional team of requirements and development team members on all phases of the software development lifecycle. The project team will be responsible for developing and supporting a custom-developed web-enabled system.

Responsibilities

Translate User requirements into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences. Eye for clean design with the ability to translate ideas and requirements into detailed interaction flows and prototypes Develop new user-facing features and reusable components Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Provide documentation and recommendations for the acceptance or mitigation of any issues and risks associated with requirements, proposed systems, solutions, development, designs, plans, and timelines Deliver detailed designs and components to the development team and refine as necessary during product sprints Identify design problems, develop elegant solutions, and justify design decisions eloquently. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to align with platform best practices and implementation details Create and maintain style guides and UI pattern libraries Create user flows, detailed wireframes, prototypes and other interaction design artifacts. Design screen layouts, interaction flows, mockups/prototypes Required Experience Experience: • 8+ years of UX/UI development experience using JavaScript, JQuery, CSS and HTML, including expert level proficiency in building responsive web apps with HTML5 and CSS3 • Must have a portfolio showing your designs • Must have experience taking business needs to visual design • Must have the ability to interact with senior-level partners and explain your approach to UX, how you communicate those needs and process • Experience with responsive design methods and development of design iterations • Proficiency with design and presentation applications and knowledge of prototyping tools. (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, balsamiq etc.) • Background and/or knowledge in working with WCAG 2.0 AA accessible platforms and designing for accessibility as a standard, not optionally • Basic understanding of software development processes and procedures • The ability to manage both detailed requirements and a bigger picture narrative.
