UI/UX Designer Job description Urgent requirement for UI/UX Designer Location: Hyderabad Notice period- Immediate joiner (15 Days to 30 Days only) Total IT Experience 3 to 8 years

Key Responsibility -

• Work with the development team to define product experience and champion the user. • Responsible for researching and designing the overall user experience for key new projects, as well as supporting ongoing improvements of the current product, including conducting user testing, prototyping, creating wireframes and UI concepts, and field research. • Present design solutions and project deliverables to team members and stakeholders. Be able to drive consensus and negotiate trade-offs effectively. • Deliver an appropriate level of design specifications needed to engineering to ensure high-quality development on time. Collaborate as appropriate on writing Assumptions and hypotheses. • Work independently against deadlines. Finds ways to maximize the efficiency in an agile process. • Be part of a fun, humble team, always learning, and collaborating with other designers to deliver a cohesive customer centered experience

Mandatory Skill - • 6+ years of experience in user experience design for software products. • Sketching, concept creation and wireframing, producing user flows, and creating clickable prototypes. • Experienced in research methods - usability testing (lab), phone interview, focus groups. • The strong sensibility of best design practices for production delivery across platforms, ie desktop and mobile. • Knowledge of information architecture practices in UX and the ability to take wireframes through to well-executed visual designs. • Proficient in key software packages such as Adobe XD, and Figma. • Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional team. Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills in English are required. • Prepare and utilize persona by considering behavior, goal, and demographic elements. • Prepare UX documentation including Research, Persona, IA, Analysis, Benchmarking, Workflow, and other required artifacts used in the process.
