UI/UX engineer

UI/UX Engineer Location: Open to remote, with priority for hybrid work in McLean or Richmond, VA. Required Skills- Experience conducting interviews - Experience with AWS and/or QuickSight - Good experience creating dashboards (most important) Project Scope: This role involves working on a “side of the desk” project. You’ll be responsible for creating a dashboard to display data related to consumer products and provide insights. The dashboard will be used by client leadership for growth and development. The focus is internal, aimed at enhancing learning and development within the organization. Familiarity with AWS and Quicksite is essential. Additional Responsibilities: 4-7 years of UI/UX experience is required. You’ll conduct interviews with leadership and engineers, effectively navigating those conversations. User testing experience is not necessary. You’ll create user flows and wireframes, gathering end-to-end feedback. No specific toolset is mandated; you can use any wireframing tool. While banking experience is not mandatory, it would be a nice-to-have. Metrics and Success Measurement: Our client evaluates engineering success based on various metrics. As a UI/UX Engineer, your impact will be measured by how well the dashboard enhances internal processes, improves learning, and contributes to overall growth.
