About the role
Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Building Designer / Architect to lead conceptual design on some seriously exciting commercial projects. You'll be the creative driver - from big-picture vision to guiding a talented team through the details - all the way to project completion. Key Responsibilities Lead conceptual design for mid- to high-rise Class A commercial office buildings
Develop site plans for commercial and industrial campuses
Direct and mentor team members, ensuring designs and construction details are carried through to project completion
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to translate vision into compelling architecture
Bring your design passion to every phase - from napkin sketch to construction document
Requirements

10+ years of experience in architectural / building design

Licensed Architect (required)

Proven expertise in mid- to high-rise commercial office design

Strong site planning skills for commercial and industrial projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop (additional software a plus)

A genuine passion for great design - you care deeply about the built environment

Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a project team
