Work on critical enterprise infrastructure projects with modern Cisco technologies Flexible remote work arrangement with competitive compensation Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams on business-critical initiatives Professional development through exposure to large-scale network environments Key Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure including switches, routers, and wireless environments Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve connectivity issues Support network upgrades, hardware replacements, and infrastructure refresh initiatives Assist with implementing network security best practices and policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and operational requirements Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities Support vendor engagement and coordinate maintenance activities when required Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies Experience with network troubleshooting and performance optimization Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networking Experience working within enterprise infrastructure environments Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting Cisco certifications such as CCNA or CCNP preferred Experience with network monitoring and management tools preferred Exposure to network security technologies including firewalls and VPNs preferred Ready to Apply?
