About the Role

Join a high-impact Oracle ERP transformation as the ERP Reporting Technical & Workstream Lead. In this pivotal role, you will architect the next-generation financial reporting platform, blending deep expertise in Oracle Financials, AWS cloud solutions, and enterprise reporting frameworks. Lead a cross-functional workstream, challenge legacy processes, and drive automation, all while shaping the future of financial reporting for a Fortune-level organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, automated reporting ecosystems across Oracle ERP and AWS-based platforms

• Define integration of Oracle Financials reporting tools with custom cloud reporting solutions

• Lead and execute the Reporting Workstream, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-team collaboration

• Advise business process owners to align reporting roadmaps with future-state Finance capabilities

• Oversee SI team activities, translate architectural guidance into actionable technical designs

• Facilitate solution design sessions, ensuring alignment between business and IT stakeholders

• Review vendor deliverables for quality and validate acceptance criteria

• Design and validate robust controls for reporting processes

• Troubleshoot complex reporting issues and guide teams through swift resolutions

• Manage deployment, cutover, and post-production support for reporting solutions

• Prepare executive presentations and maintain strong relationships with key business partners

• Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced expertise with Oracle ERP Financials and associated reporting tools

• Proven leadership in technical workstreams within large-scale ERP or Finance transformation projects

• Hands-on experience designing or supporting cloud-based reporting platforms, ideally AWS

• Demonstrated ability to drive standardization and automation of business reporting processes

• Strong architectural mindset, analytical skills, and complex problem-solving abilities

• Experience designing and validating financial reporting controls

• Exceptional communication skills; adept at leading design sessions and presenting to senior stakeholders

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with other cloud data platforms

• Advanced knowledge of financial process optimization

• Prior involvement in post-production reporting enhancements

• Familiarity with executive stakeholder management in large transformation programs
